Last updated: 11 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FairValu (the “Service”), operated by Kamaq Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14645436, whose registered office address is on file with Companies House. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FairValu provides AI-generated equity research, valuation and projection tools, watchlists, and related informational features. Some features are free; others require a paid Pro subscription.
2. Not financial advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on FairValu constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. AI-generated content and third-party data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Plans. The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed at the price shown at checkout.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Auto-renewal. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Price changes. We may change prices or plan features on reasonable prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs; (b) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (c) infringe others’ rights or applicable law; or (d) use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Market and financial data is provided by third parties and remains their property.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including Stripe for payments and market-data providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
